Patrick Paschall is a civil rights attorney, former Hyattsville Council Member and member of SEIU 1199, husband, and proud father of two Prince George’s County Public Schools students. Raised by an under-employed single mother and the first in his family to attend college, Patrick knows first-hand the many barriers that struggling families face, from housing and healthcare to employment and education. This has driven his professional and personal work to eliminate systemic cultural and structural barriers as an advocate and policy expert at the local, state and federal levels. Throughout his career, Patrick has been a progressive and pragmatic voice on issues like healthcare, housing access and home ownership, employment discrimination, veteran rights, non-discrimination policies, prison and detention policy, voter protection and immigration protections. In the House of Delegates, Patrick will be a tireless champion for the hardworking families of the 22nd District.
